What vibez is
vibez is software for Values-Based Education (VBE). It powers parent communities for individual schools, helping families and PTAs work together to ask their school to adopt VBE and to run the PTA openly and fairly.
The platform is operated by Cloudworkz (the "platform operator"). Each school community on vibez is a separate tenant; your account is associated with your school.
What joining means
By creating an account and joining your school's community on vibez, you are adding your name to a shared record of families who support two asks being made of the school:
- That the school adopts values-based education.
- That the PTA operates openly — so every family has an equal voice and the same information.
That is the entire scope. Joining does not commit you to any financial contribution, attendance, or further obligation. You can withdraw your support and request deletion of your account at any time (see below).
What vibez is not
vibez is not a complaints channel, a safeguarding-reporting tool, or a substitute for any official school process. If you have a safeguarding concern or a formal complaint, please use your school's own published channels. Attempts to use vibez for those purposes will not be acted on.
Accounts and passwords
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Use a strong, unique password. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately (see contact details below).
Deleting your account and data
You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with applicable data-protection law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Provided "as is"
vibez is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform operator excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a notice within the platform. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
